Women Arise: Ball of Confusion
Recently, I was out with my four-year-old granddaughter when a teenager caught her eye. I knew right away that her little brain was firing in a ball of confusion. She was intently staring at a very effeminate young male dressed in tights. She turned to me in bewilderment and said, “Is that a boy?” I responded nonchalantly, so as not to engage further conversation, simply because she is not ready for that discussion. It will come one day, and much sooner than any conscientious parent would want. She is growing up in a world that is bent towards pushing a perverse gender ideology towards our youth. It intrigued me that she inherently knew something was wrong and it also troubled me that the violation of her innocent conscience would one day knock on her door.
The culture is determined to ensure that all sexual distinctions become extinctions. Even big corporations, who used to only care about their bottom line, are now pushing ideals from the bottomless pit of hell. Many of them are force feeding radical sexual ideologies into their advertising campaigns. Why would they do that? Because we are seeing in real time an unleashed evil spirit which is in total opposition of God. The end goal is to destroy the truths of the God of the Bible.
Consider how big box store Target has targeted our children. Target moved beyond the more ambiguous “Love is Love” slogans to a far more blatant sales pitch of selling children’s t-shirts and onesies with messages like “Ask me about my pronouns” and “Queer! Queer! Queer! Queer!”
This effort is coming from numerous outlets. The common goal of many businesses, tech, media, and information streams is to contradict truth, control the narrative, bring conflict to those who don’t uphold to groupthink, and ultimately convert the youth. “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy” (John 10:10). It only takes one generation to change the landscape of a nation.
The playbook is the same: Begin indoctrination young. Normalize the abnormal. Push ideology over biology. It is a rebellious religion. It is the worst of all kinds but has been around since the beginning of time. “The one practicing sin is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning” (1 John 3:8). Its foundation is a blatant rejection of God and a recreating of man in the image of fallen man.
Sadly, instead of our children enjoying life on a playground, they are inadvertently in the center of a battleground. Will we as adults allow that? Consider some of the battles on their landscape. Destroy children in the womb; mutilate their private parts through revolting surgeries, withdraw protections by gender (bathrooms, showers, sports, etc); reduce their identity to a pronoun of choice.
Our children deserve our protection. Jesus said, “It would be better for them to be thrown into the sea with a millstone tied around their neck than to cause one of these little ones to stumble” (Luke 17:2). My Pastor put it this way, “A stumbling stone is a steppingstone to a millstone.” Our children’s paths are wrought with deceptive stones.
So, what can the righteous do? Pray for courage. “Have I not commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee” (Joshua 1:9). Never exchange the truth for a lie. “Teach me your way, O Lord, that I may walk in your truth; unite my heart to fear your name” (Psalm 86:11).
Demand sound, medically accurate and evidence-based education in our public supported schools. Teach your children there are only two sexes: humans are either born with XX or XY chromosomes. End of story. “So, God created man in his own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female” (Genesis 1). No one is assigned a sex at birth.
It’s hard to believe that we live in a day and age, where salvaging our children from lies, corruption, grooming and even sex trafficking is yet another rancorous division within our culture. We have allowed the enemy to take ground on our watch and flourish at the expense of our children. It’s time to unravel this ball of confusion.
“He decreed statutes for Jacob and established the law in Israel,
Which He commanded our ancestors to teach their children,
So, the next generation would know them, even the children yet to be born, and they in turn would tell their children.
Then they would put their trust in God and would not forget his deeds but would keep his commands. They would not be like their ancestors—a stubborn and rebellious generation, whose hearts were not loyal to God, whose spirits were not faithful to him” (Psalm 78:5-8).
